As a certified snowboard instructor, Danny Murawinski enjoys teaching guests and free-riding (for free) when he’s not working. Danny has earned the following certifications: AAISI 3, PSIA 1, CS2, FS2, Adaptive 1, USASA 200 + Slope Style Endorsement, and AASI Dev Team Member.

Medical Coverage (with vision discounts)
You will be able to choose from a variety of medical plan options that pay a major portion of your medical care costs through a national leader in the health care industry. In addition, Wintergreen pays 50% of the premiums. You can receive a discount on these premiums through our Wellness Program (see more details below).
Wintergreen will pay up to 60% of the medical coverage premiums for employees who enroll in Wintergreen’s medical insurance and meet the requirements of our Wellness Program, which includes annual preventive health care visits, completing a health risk appraisal, and making healthy lifestyle choices.
Wintergreen pays 60% of the premiums for the dental plan, which covers preventive and diagnostic dental treatment, orthodontic treatment and most basic services.
Flexible Spending Account
Full-time annual associates may participate in flexible spending by contributing pre-tax dollars toward medical and dependent care accounts, deducted from their paychecks.
