Wintergreen Resort welcomes Luke Piatt as the new Executive Chef at Devils Grill. Luke hit the ground running and has already unveiled new
lounge menus to rave reviews from members and guests. As a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Academy in Dover, New Hampshire, he brings a wealth of experience from country clubs in New Hampshire, The Plum Island Grill in Massachusetts and his own ‘from scratch’ restaurant, The Bistro at Acorn Hill in Lynchburg.
Luke will continue his ‘from scratch’ theme with farm to table sourced products to inspire creative and flavorful meals from lunch to dinner and everything in between. If guests’ comments on the new menus are any indication, we can expect delicious and memorable dining opportunities at Devils Grill this season. And a great price point will keep you coming back!
