Geoff Redgrave, PGA
Director of Golf & Instruction at the Wintergreen Golf Academy. Geoff is a native of Potomac, MD, however, has spent the majority of his golf career in South Florida as the former Director of Instruction at PGA National Resort & Spa located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Additionally, Geoff worked at the Tam-O-Shanter Club located on Long Island, NY.

Geoff’s vast playing experience has included playing the Tommy Armour Tour, Central Florida Tour, South Florida Tour, and the Dakotas Tour. Additionally, Geoff has played in numerous Middle Atlantic, South Florida and Met PGA Section Events that include multiple Virginia State Opens and MAPGA Professional Championships, two New York State Opens, one Met Open (former PGA Tour event) and four New York Met PGA Championships. Geoff won the South Florida Section Assistants Tournament at the Champion Course at PGA National, currently home to the PGA Tour’s Honda Classic. A former Division One college baseball player, Geoff was drafted by the Cleveland Indians. Geoff is married to Mary Lynn and has a daughter Erin.
Philip Licata, PGA
Head Golf Professional at Devils Knob Golf Club. Born in NY, raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Philip has called South Florida home for 17 years. He was a core instructor at The Academy of Golf at PGA National and Director of the Short Game Academy. Philip served as Head Golf Professional at The Florida Club in Stuart, Florida. He gained valuable private club experience at Rumson CC on the Jersey shore for six seasons before coming to Wintergreen.

David Moga, PGA
Lead instructor at the Wintergreen Golf Academy. David is a graduate of the Golf Academy of the South with a degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management. Prior to Wintergreen Resort, David was employed as a golf academy assistant and assistant golf professional at the World renowned Grand Cypress Resort in Orlando, Florida.
