Rental Property Management
Wintergreen property owners have the opportunity to partner with Wintergreen Partners Inc. to make their condominiums and homes available for short-term rental through the resort's reservation system. Guests renting through WPI are able to enjoy benefits that are not available through other rental agents, including free access to the Aquatics & Fitness Center and free, on-demand shuttle service.
Condominiums and homes in the rental program are evaluated regularly, and those in the best condition enjoy an advantage in the rental rotation. Our rental management staff will work with you as an owner to identify and make the repairs and improvements needed to remain competitive in the rental market.
The need for new condominiums and homes in the rental program is driven by customer demand. As condominiums and homes enter and leave the program, our inventory needs change. |Liaison with owners of rental condominiums and homes regarding maintenance. Conducts regular evaluations of rental units and communicates/coordinates needed improvements. Monitors guest satisfaction surveys and responds to problems identified.
|Contact for billing inquiries. Books owner and friend-of-owner stays. Coordinates delivery schedules with reservations. Coordinates phone, lock and internet set-up for units entering the program. Liaison with Housekeeping Department.
Interior Design Project Coordinator
|Provides support to the Wintergreen Resort Rental Properties program to ensure the quality and care of the units in the rental program. Details include putting together proposals for upgrades to meet the established home/condo rating scheme. Work with the rental unit's owners on proposals, prioritization, and time-frames for completion. Coordinates with contractors, vendors, suppliers, retailers for work completion to ensure rental unit has maximum availability for renting.
