International Exchange Program

Our international associate program is a great way to gain work experience, practice English skills and learn more about the American culture. We are proud to have such a diverse workforce; the cultural exchange program certainly makes us better as a company.

In this program, the student comes during their university break for a period of 3-4 months to work in one of many positions at the resort. Students usually work in Ski Operations (Rental Shop, Ski Lifts, Tubing and Ski School) or, in Food and Beverage (Resort Dining Venues).

In this program, students spend a year at the resort studying the fields of culinary arts or hospitality. Students rotate through different operations of the resort to broaden their educational knowledge.

The resort welcomes international staff throughout the year, but mostly during the winter season when approximately 10-15% of the entire resort staff consists of international associates. They are part of our core mid-week staff during this very busy time and their work is critical to the success of the resort.

All J1 participants must have an American sponsor company. We work with USE and CHI for our J1 staffing needs. If you are interested in applying for a position, please contact one of the previously listed companies for more information about the program.
