Mountain Pearl is a beautiful, spacious 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with room for everyone nestled in Wintergreen Resort on a quiet cul de sac. Only a quick drive from The Devils Knob golf course and restaurant, and Wintergreen’s spa, and a short drive from Mountain Inn, skiing, the market, and other resort attractions. It comfortably sleeps 12-13.
The main level offers a spacious living room with two sofas and two chairs, a gourmet kitchen with adjacent dining that seats 8 at the table and 3 at the bar or enjoy outdoor dining on the covered deck just off of the dining area. Off the living room is a large primary suite (king bed) with en suite and deck access. The main level is completed with a foyer, landing zone with washer and dryer, and a powder room.
Upstairs on the second floor you will find a second bedroom (king) and en suite; and, a third (queen) and fourth bedroom (full) with a shared full bath with bathtub/shower. The third and fourth bedrooms can be closed off to create a suite feel.
The basement level boasts a second living area with a wraparound sofa, a fifth bedroom (king plus crib), a sixth bedroom (king), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a daybed and play area, as well as a sliding door to the outside porch.
