Since the inception of the Premier Equity program property values have increased significantly as the company reinvests every membership dollar into the amenity base of the community.

Property Right of Membership

When a Property Right of Membership (a.k.a. WPI) is attached to the property, it conveys with the property in the event the property is sold, and gives each subsequent owner the eligibility to purchase a Premier Equity Membership. Premier Equity Memberships are issued in the name of the individual, are extended to the member's spouse and dependent children, are non-transferable, and provide the Member access to an attractive list of Wintergreen benefits and privileges.
