Rental Property Management

Wintergreen property owners have the opportunity to partner with Wintergreen Partners Inc. to make their condominiums and homes available for short-term rental through the resort's reservation system. Guests renting through WPI are able to enjoy benefits that are not available through other rental agents, including free access to the Aquatics & Fitness Center and free, on-demand shuttle service.

Condominiums and homes in the rental program are evaluated regularly, and those in the best condition enjoy an advantage in the rental rotation. Our rental management staff will work with you as an owner to identify and make the repairs and improvements needed to remain competitive in the rental market.

The need for new condominiums and homes in the rental program is driven by customer demand. As condominiums and homes enter and leave the program, our inventory needs change. But we are always happy to talk to prospective partners. If you are interested in learning more about the WPI rental program, please contact the rental management coordinator.

Aids to ensure the quality and care of the units in the rental program. Reviews reports (situational, damage or otherwise) from Housekeeping, Resort Services or other staff elements. Assists to ensure unit available for maximum rental opportunities by tracking maintenance work orders, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and delivery schedules.
