Rental Property Management
Wintergreen property owners have the opportunity to partner with Wintergreen Partners Inc. to make their condominiums and homes available for short-term rental through the resort's reservation system. Guests renting through WPI are able to enjoy benefits that are not available through other rental agents, including free access to the Wintergarden Fitness and Aquatics Center and free, on-demand shuttle service.
Condominiums and homes in the rental program are evaluated regularly, and those in the best condition enjoy an advantage in the rental rotation. Our rental management staff will work with you as an owner to identify and make the repairs and improvements needed to remain competitive in the rental market.
The need for new condominiums and homes in the rental program is driven by customer demand. As condominiums and homes enter and leave the program, our inventory needs change. But we are always happy to talk to prospective partners. If you are interested in learning more about the WPI rental program, please contact the rental management coordinator.

- THE INCOME FROM PROPERTIES MANAGED BY WINTERGREEN PARTNERS, INC.UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT BE POOLED OR HELD IN AN ESCROW ACOUNT.THE OWNER WILL ONLY RECEIVE THE INCOME ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE OCCUPANCY OF HIS HER OWN UNIT.
- A WINTERGREEN PROPERTY OWNER IS NOT REQUIRED TO RENT HIS/HER PROPERTY AS A CONDITION OF OWNERSHIP OF PROPERTY IN WINTERGREEN RESORT.
- A WINTERGREEN PROPERTY OWNER IS NOT REQUIRED TO USE WINTERGREEN PARTNERS ,INC.SHOULD THE OWNER DECIDE TO RENT HIS/HER PROPERTY IN WINTERGREEN RESORT .THE PROPERTY MAY BE RENTED THROUGH AN AGENT UNRELATED TO WINTERGREEN RESORT.
- WINTERGREEN PARTNERS,INC.DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION AS TO THE PROFITABILITY OR THE INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF ANY PROPERTY.
- THIS AGREEMENT IS TO SET FORTH THE TERMS UNDER WHICH THE OWNER OF A CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY PARTICIPATES IN THE ACCOMODATIONS PROGRAM OFFERED BY THE WINTERGREEN RESORT. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY ACCOMODATIONS ONLY
AND DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR LONG TERM RENTALS.
