Nightly rates are per accommodation. A limited number of “valley view” condominiums are available for $15 extra per bedroom per night. During the winter season a limited number of slopeview and walking-distance accommodations are available. These preferred locations require extra fees per bedroom per night ($30 for slopeview, $10 for walking distance). All accommodation rates include access to the Aquatics & Fitness Center and complimentary midweek outdoor tennis. Some holiday periods may require minimum stays. All homes require a two night minimum stay.
