Mommy & Me Massage (Prenatal Massage)

Designed to address the special needs of the mother-to-be, this massage is designed to relax and relieve the added stress that is placed on the back, neck and joints of the body. The specific needs of each mother will be addressed directly with the Massage Therapist. When booking this massage make sure to state the month of pregnancy at the time of the service.

This service is only performed on women past their first trimester.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. This massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as the Swedish massage but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused form of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots.

Mountain Stone Massage

Stone therapy involves the use of smooth basalt rocks placed at strategic points of the body or used to gently massage targeted muscles. Stones can be either warm or cool, depending upon your needs. This alternating temperature treatment promotes increased blood flow and energy balance.

Reflexology Massage
