Kids Ski + Snowboard Camps

What could be better than learning to ski with new friends? Children are placed in groups based on age and ability level. Our ski instructors are trained to meet your children’s needs.

About

What could be better than learning to ski with new friends? Children are placed in groups based on age and ability level. That can mean mixed ages with matched abilities, some groups smaller or larger than others due to skill set, and it means some variation of skill even within a group. Our ski instructors are trained to meet your children’s needs. They know when it’s time for a break, a motivational moment, and when to swap out drills for on-slope games to keep the kids having fun while they’re learning to improve their ski or snowboarding technique.

Learning Snowsports doesn’t mean drill after drill, instructors teach your children using play and adventure. This allows children to learn while having fun so they can safely navigate the slopes. Their time with the ski and ride classes will help them gain independence on the snow.

Please call 434-325-8179 for more information, or to book.
Treehouse operations will resume December 23, 2024.

Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds for days with inclement weather, if the ski lifts are still able to operate safely, we still teach our lessons. However we understand that plans can change so we offer the following cancellation policy;

  • Outside of 48 Hours – Full Refund
  • 24-48 Hours – 25% Scheduling Fee
  • Less than 24 Hours – No Refund
Tips and Notes

Please note that your child’s actual time on snow may vary depending on weather conditions and your child’s willingness to participate.

  • Remember that young children have trouble with separation, especially when they are in a new place, surrounded by new people. So please allow time for your child to adjust to the new setting. If your child is unable to be pacified, he/she will not be able to remain in the program, and no refunds will be given.
  • Please keep out of eye-sight of your children throughout the day, unless you are accompanying them on the lift. Many lessons are interrupted once a parent stops by to check in on their child. The child might then get upset once the parent(s) leave, so we always ask you watch/ski from afar! You’ll have plenty of time to ski with them after their lessons are over!
  • We offer Parent & Me Private Lessons if you’re looking to learn to ski or snowboard with your child.
