arrive. If your accommodation is not ready, you can pre-register and start enjoying the resort facilities.

Reservation balance is due by credit card at check-in. AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and DISCOVER cards are accepted.
Credit or debit cards are also authorized at check-in for incidental charges - $20 per night. Any excess authorized funds will be released after your departure; it can take 3-7 days for your financial institution to release the

Due to the natural terrain of the
resort and internal grade changes in each building, hills and stairs are
inevitable. Most units have multiple stairs indoors and
outdoors. If an ease of access unit is required, please advise the
reservation agent during the booking process so they can assist with
choosing the perfect location.
Wintergreen Resort managed rental accommodations are all
non-smoking, which includes e-cigarettes, and vaping. A minimum of $500
fee will be assessed to guest if evidence of smoking is discovered inside
We are unable to allow pets in Wintergreen Resort managed rental accommodations. A minimum fee of $150.00 per night will be assessed if a pet is discovered in the rental accommodations.
Motorcycles and motorhomes are prohibited.
Outdoor grilling is not available at rental units and homes.
Rollaway beds, cots and sleeper sofas are not available in rental units.
Portable cribs and high chairs are available at no charge.
Parking space at the rental unit is limited to 2 vehicles with the exception of Eagles Court and Dobie where 1 parking space is provided. Overflow parking is available at Wintergarden lot.
