Graham Peddell was introduced to yoga over 30 years ago but it was much later that the true benefits resonated – a life philosophy that speaks to the body, mind and the heart.
He believes that, irrespective of your starting point, yoga has the ability to improve your fitness, health and mental wellbeing.
He earned his 200 Hour Certification through Yoga Alliance at Tula Yoga under the instruction of its owner Jennifer Cavalier.
From restorative and gentle, through to vinyasa, Graham’s classes are welcoming to all levels and incorporate body, mind, and soul.
