At Wintergreen Resort, we strive to make your meeting planning a pleasure. Host your next Virginia meeting at Wintergreen Resort and choose savings based upon the size of your group. Book between:

20-49 lodging units - Choose One Incentive Option
Reserve 50-99 - Choose Two Incentive Options
Book 100 or more units -Choose Three Incentive Options

Incentive Options:

For every 45 lodging units booked, earn one free single accommodation

One (1) free coffee break

The Blue Ridge Package

The Mountain Refresher Package

The Mountain Refresher Package, featuring meeting or conference room, full American breakfast, daily three-course dinner, two daily beverage breaks, one-hour cocktail reception with light hors d'oeuvres and host bar, and all associated charges*.

*Pricing for the Wintergreen Meeting Packages varies by season. Lunch is available at an additional charge for the Mountain Refresher Package. The cocktail reception in the Mountain Refresher package required a two night minimum stay. Submit an RFP for additional information and pricing.

Wintergreen is holding a limited amount of luxurious 4-Bedroom condominiums specifically for use by groups. We currently offer a special Golf/Lodging package rate on these units starting at $129 per person, per night for groups of 16 or more golfers.* This Package also includes full use of Wintergreen's practice facility on day of play.
