April

April 16 - The Stoney Creek Spring Opener is currently scheduled for Saturday, April 16.  An Opening Night Social of games and prizes celebrating the opening of the outdoor tennis courts. Both Stoney Creek and the DK tennis courts all are receiving a re-conditioning for the upcoming season, which will provide for the best playing conditions. Join your friends for a fun filled event and play with the Wintergreen tennis pro’s.

May 7: The DK Ladies Tennis Social and Luncheon will bring in spring in style on Saturday, May 7.  This is a morning of fun tennis for the ladies, followed by a lunch and our own fashion show.

May 28 & 30: Spring Jam Tournament: Join us Memorial Day Weekend for our summer kick-off “Team” event!

June 4:French Open Grand Slam Tennis Social “Viva La Tennis”, Join us for our doubles mixer celebrating the French Open for players of all levels. 

June 18 – The “Summer of Love Tennis Social”, we are reviving the 1960's with a tennis costume themed party that brings back all the things you loved from the sixties!  An era filled with peace, love, understanding, and all things tie-dye, the sixties were a time of freedom and fun, channel your inner Flower Child for an afternoon and evening of excitement and good times.  

June 20 to 23 – Stoney Creek Golf and Tennis Camp - 4 Days with 20 hours of comprehensive fun golf and tennis instruction by a PGA Golf Professional and USPTA Tennis Professional. With a small student to teacher ratio, daily games and contests, afternoons open for practice, lunch with the instructors, and Stoney Creek pool time daily.

June 27 to 30 – Nike Tennis Day Camp - a day camp with all skills and tournament training programs. This junior tennis camp delivers intensive tennis instruction, lectures, exhibitions, and match play each day. The camp runs Sunday to Thursday camp designed for players aged 8 to 18, intensive tennis each day with a focus on fitness, strategy, and technique.

June 27 to 30 – Stoney Creek Golf and Tennis Camp - 4 Days with 20 hours of comprehensive fun golf and tennis instruction by a PGA Golf Professional and USPTA Tennis Professional. With a small student to teacher ratio, daily games and contests, afternoons open for practice, lunch with the instructors, and Stoney Creek pool time daily.

July 9 - Grand Slam #3 Wimbledon / Woods and Whites - Come participate in tennis’ oldest tradition! Watch a match or two while enjoying strawberries and cream and sampling other English fare. Try your hand at tennis the old-fashioned way, with vintage wooden rackets. Don’t forget to dress in white! You won’t want to miss this social Grand Slam!

September 8-11 - A new Gourmet Cup . . . the “Spritzer Cup”. This is a fun and competitive tennis tournament for women's doubles players rated 3.5 - 4.5.  These events are held in wonderful locations, including Wintergreen with a focus on celebrating tennis and friendships. It includes a welcome dinner and two lunches, as well as lots of fun and laughter.
