The Copper Mine

The Copper Mine blends rustic Italian comfort with casual mountain dining. Enjoy cozy indoor ambiance or al fresco dining and chose a signature cocktail or one of our selected wines. Share a hearty family-style pasta or savor a perfectly seared veal marsala. The menu is designed to satisfy every palate. Each dish is crafted with traditional flavors and a modern touch. The menu features garden-fresh salads, sharable appetizers and pastas, signature entrees, weekend evening roasts, and chef-crafted paninis.
