Lift & Rentals

Lift tickets are available in eight-hour segments, extended session (open-close), or night session (4pm-close). Eight-hour tickets are valid from the time of purchase. Wintergreen strives to be on the forefront of the rental market by offering high quality, easy to use rental equipment. Wintergreen proudly features the latest in ski and snowboard technology in the rental fleet.

Terrain Park

Voted 1st Place by Blue Ridge Outdoor Magazine! Wintergreen's Terrain Park offers a chance to hone freestyle skills with a progression of features that are designed to accommodate a variety of skill levels. We frequently change the layout of the 40+ features so that you have something new each time you come to ski or ride. To help with the weekend crowd we even run a dedicated lift so terrain park users can get as many runs as possible!

Ski Patrol

The Wintergreen's award-winning Ski Patrol is responsible for first aid and assistance to visitors and employees of Wintergreen Resort. The organization promotes safe recreation practices in a mountain environment.

SNOWPOWER

Wintergreen Resort is home to one of the world’s most sophisticated snowmaking systems. This complex system involves approximately 40,000 linear feet of pipeline, more than 400 snowguns and 45 weather stations. Theoretically with optimal conditions, Wintergreen Resort’s snowmaking system could cover a football field with 37 feet of snow in just 24 hours.
